It's been a while since I've done a children's book review so I thought it was time that I present another book.  After completing the early reader T-rex and Turtle I thought that I would highlight a dinosaur book.
Dino Pets by Lynn Plourde and illstruated by Gideon Kendall is a great read aloud for beginning readers.  The book is predicatable and makes a great use of rhymes. 

The illustrator Gideon Kendall did a great job conveying the size of dinosaus while at the same time making them seem very friendly.

After reading this book your child or students will all want their own Dino Pets.
