Here is an idea to help make practicing sight words more enjoyable for your students.  Have them write them in a rainbow.  Each letter in the sight word is written with a different color so that the colors make up the color of the rainbow.  For more ideas on teaching sight words visit my sight words page.  You can download the rainbow below.
