I don't know what the weather is like in your area but yesterday we had our first snow of the year. Now before I start moaning about having to start shoveling and driving in the stuff, I'd like to see it in a more positive light.
When I was a child, before the shoveling and driving began, I loved when it first snowed. It was exciting and so much fun. As educators we can use that excitement to teach in the classroom. Why not have students write about what they like to do in the snow. Or break out some of your winter themed books for the day.
Last year I created a set of math games centered around snowman to help use kids excitement about snow.

I've also been working on a new game that I hope to have ready next week. Like the octopus eight file folder game that I created last. Instead of making eight students will be making 10 in this new game. Its theme is going to be teddy bears. I've already created the teddy bear that I'm going to use for the game, but I still need to give the bear some clothes and then make 10 different ones. So I've still got a lot of work to do.
